Questions

What does “one all-in cost” mean?

One price covers the flows and campaigns we build and the infrastructure that sends them: warmed domains, deliverability monitoring and compliant sending. There is no separate platform subscription, agency retainer or deliverability tool to add on. Email us and we will quote for your store.

Which categories do you accept?

Most DTC categories, including the specialised ones that mainstream email platforms restrict, such as research peptides, supplements and wellness products. Email us with your category and we will tell you plainly whether we can send for you.

Is this compliant?

Yes. Permission-based lists only, working unsubscribe links on every email, proper sender identification and full domain authentication. We do not send to purchased or scraped lists.

Can I move over from Klaviyo, Omnisend or Brevo?

Yes. We migrate your subscribers, segments and the logic of your existing flows, and rebuild the flows on Inboly before you switch sending. If you would rather keep your current platform, we can build your flows there and run only the restricted sending on Inboly.

Do I have to build it myself?

No. We build the flows and run the infrastructure; you keep full access to see, send and edit afterwards.
